In this video, I’m going to show you how Rx Relty and the Nightingale Advantage Program give back to hometown heroes when they buy a home. Our military, health care workers, and first responders represent over 15% of the local population. As a nurse who also helps local Colorado Springs residents with their real estate needs, I know just how stressful these lines of work can be. While the hours are long, the workdays are stressful, and they definitely take a toll on you, these jobs are necessary.

We don't do it for the money. Rather, we do it for our passion to serve others. Here at Rx Realty, we appreciate them greatly. Obtaining homeownership is one of the biggest accomplishments that anyone can achieve, and we wanted to find a way to give back to our hometown heroes. This is why we offer the Nightingale Advantage Program to all of our military, health care, and first responder clients.

The Nightingale Advantage Program

The Nightingale Advantage Program is a loan program that gives a 1% purchase credit back to our hometown heroes at closing. They can use this credit to help cover their closing costs. So if you're buying a $400,000 property, you'll receive a $4,000 credit at closing—plus a little extra bonus from Rx Realty.

This program allowed young couples like William and Alexis to purchase their first home. They use a VA loan for 100% financing, paying nothing out of pocket. The pair even came out with $15,000 of equity on the day of closing.

Giving Back

Buying a home is a major accomplishment, and my goal is to make homeownership attainable for all of our hometown heroes. We value what our military, healthcare workers, and first responders do for our community. Unfortunately, sometimes our hometown heroes don't get the recognition that they deserve.
